GC is a program and service design studio.

Since 2010, Gestalt Collective has supported hundreds of organizations to mobilize initiatives that have driven evidence-informed program and service delivery transformation. We do this by creating customized engagement systems for organizations pursuing progress, bringing together people, and their wisdom, to do good work.

With over a decade of field-work, GC has honed our own unique co-creation process that is both proven and creative. Our work stems from knowledge exchange, performance improvement, deliberative dialogue, learning, experience and systems design. We draw from these models a variety of methods and techniques and extend them in the context of initiatives that require ideas and pursuits be explored and discussed in engaging ways to change practices and evolve culture.
